Unwrapped Burrito Salad (V)
All the flavour of Tex-Mex, but healthy:
- Take the savoury black beans with red peppers.
- Add in the coriander-lemon rice.
- Pile on the spicy salsa, guacamole and our healthy ‘sour cream’.
- Top up the Sirimon cheddar cheese 5) Mix it and devour it. Try it hot or cold – we can’t decide which we love more.
